Can someone plzzzz help me out *urgent*

<p>ok. I'm trying to call collegeboard, and I am outside of US. According to the collegeboard website, I need to call 212 713 7789. So i dialed 001 212 713 7789 (the number for the people who are outside of US) like 10000000 times, and everytime I call them, the line is busy. I really need to make changes for my SATs!!! Did i do something wrong, or is this happening to everyone else? :S</p>

<p>Maybe dial 0 for the operator and ask if you're dialling right. You could even ask the operator to make the connection for you.</p>

<p>I called in after third trial from US around 3:30 ET. So keep trying... their time is 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Eastern Time).</p>
