Can someone read my ILR transfer essay?

<p>So the transfer application deadline is coming up soon, and I would really appreciate it if some of you (especially current ILR students) could read my "Why ILR" essay and give me some feedback. </p>

<p>First and foremost, it's too long (800 words) whereas on the application the maximum is 750 words. If you guys could tell me what I should cut out, what I should add, and anything else I should change, that would be great.</p>
