I’m not very sure on what colleges could be considered as a safety (or even matches) for me but is SUNY Binghamton a safety or a match?
Here are my stats:

SAT II: Bio: 620 (Will take Math 2 and USH later)
Unweighted GPA (out of 100): (My school doesn’t use the 4.0 scale) - UW: 97 W: 101?

You should be OK for SUNY Binghamton, but I’d also apply to one or two less selective SUNY schools (ex. SUNY Buffalo, SUNY New Paltz etc.) for a true safety.
It’s a safety academically but have you run the NPC the check if it’s afoedabe, and do you let me it enough that if push came to shove you’d want to attend?
BTW, it’s always good to have more than one safety. For you I’d say Geneseo or Hobart & WS would be reasonable alternatibe safeties.
Come on. I don’t think it is a match novafan, that seems way off. It is a safety. And not really a good fit, I would not think.
To OP, you should probably focus on the ACTs and not the SATs f you got a 32 without prep. That aligns with a 2110. So you may want to focus on the ACTs if you still want a higher score-although not necessary. The extent to which taking it again makes sense depends on what the sub-scores were and what kind of schools you are aiming for.
About the ACTs. The 1st two sub-scores tend to be the most important since the last two lack validity. Some schools only look at those two and some schools super-score. The SATs and ACTs require different approaches. If you are good at gaming tests (as opposed to focusing on the topic) then the SATs might be your thing. If you are into your topics but don’t strategize so much about tests and don’t really focus on the grade, then you probably will do better with the ACTs. Your ACTs are quite a bit higher than the SATs. I knew a student who had a 36, 32, 32, 32 and took it again and got a 32 36 32 32. He was upset he had not done better the 2nd time and thought he’d wasted his time (I’m certain about the first 2 of the scores and less sure about the others except they stayed pretty much the same). Not a waste at all. For schools that super-score and focus on the 1st two subtests, he now had a 36, 36! Got in nearly everywhere. I’m obviously not making these suggestions for Binghamton but if you want to attend an elite school. But 32 is already a good score.
You should have two SAT 2s even with the ACTs. You probably won’t have a problem getting great AT 2 scores.
You have not written about your focus but have a science award suggesting high grades in STEM. Seems like you could compete well for the most elite schools if you can present yourself in a coherent manner. How do your academic strengths and your achievements coalesce to demonstrate you are highly accomplished in…whatever. And that whatever should align with the major you are considering, the activities you will participate in college and why you chose that particular college to begin with.
Also, Rochester is a good bet for you given the award which comes with promise for some funding. You should be competitive for the schools that promise need blind admissions and to make attending affordable for all. Given what I expect to be an outstanding application, finances should not be an over-riding issue Don’t cut yourself short based on what people on CC say about not applying if you can’t afford it, You can go for merit money from schools you are over qualified for but I’d rather see someone go to those schools where the other students will ensure challenge. Don’t sell yourself short. Reach!
I expect to see that you have secured a seat in a great school!
@lostaccount
Sorry for seeing this late. Which ACT subscores count more? My breakdown is:
32: E
33: M
35: R
29: S (Pretty low since I will be a science major)
Yep I also plan to apply to UofRochester. I got the science award from them (after being nominated by my high school’s science and math departments) and they said if I apply I will most likely receive a $10,000/per year scholarship.
