Can Teachers Edit Completed Common App Recs?

<p>I ask because my teacher said he mentioned that I was in the top 20 of my class, when I am actually in the top 40 of my class. I would hate for colleges to see this discrepancy, but the rec, other than that little factual error, is genuine and heartfelt. </p>

<p>Is it possible for my teacher to go back and revise the rec after she has submitted it? Or is it too late?</p>
