Can the official transcript be sent separate from the College Official Report?

<p>Can the official transcript be sent separate from the College Official Report?</p>

<p>Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe generally the transcript goes directly from the Registrar’s office to the receiving school (without going through the applicant) while the College Official report has to be printed out by the applicant and then given to the evaluator, and then sent etc…</p>

<p>I don’t see many places where they would send it together.
Dean of students/adviser fills out college official, registrar does transcript.</p>
