Can this raise my chances?

I'm gonna be a senior in high school, but since high school was never really my thing, I am graduating school early by taking classes at my local community college, instead of going to high school.
I have a 2.8 GPA, and I got a 750 on my SAT's(I know it's a really bad score but I'm taking it again in october)
I already took 2 college courses: a writing class, which I got a C+ in, and intro to psychology, which I got a D in. But for my fall classes, I'm gonna take:
English comp 1
Fundamentals of math(college pre-algebra)
Intro to sociology
Yoga

Will taking these college courses raise my chances to get into college? I'm not planning on going to community college for 2 years.
I also understand that my D in psychology would not be acceptable at a university, so I'm going to try really hard to get B's in my fall classes.

If you do well in them they will definitely help your chances. The best things that you can do is:

A. Seriously attempt at improving your SAT score
B. Work hard at your CC

Don’t let social issues / whatever get in your way; work hard! If you don’t get in you can just continue to go to community college, and transfer to a State University once you have your AA degree.

Just go to a community college for a year, unless you can pull your SAT score over 1100 on M/CR. If you go to a CC for a year, do well and don’t get social and all cause that is the time when you HAVE to do well to transfer into a regular college. Best of luck.

I think colleges will want to see math at least up to precalculus, pre-algebra isn’t going to be enough.
