I just finished the last class I need to take to enter the University of Washington. My AA transfer required that I take statistics (STAT 101), and I'm not sure I did so well on the class. I'm not too confident about my final, which was 30% of the grade, and throughout the quarter I struggled to keep my test scores above a D range.

Regardless of this, my grades at community college were pretty solid over the past couple years, and I recently received a letter from the UW confirming my admission this fall. Considering that I need to "pass" statistics, what's the likelihood that the UW would rescind my admission if they somehow found out that I didn't pass my last class? This was the last and only class I needed, the final obstacle if you will. All my other grades are great, and my GPA is at a high B range. I'm just no good with math, and my academic history shows this. From pre-algebra to statistics, my grades start slipping from B's to C's and D's.

I'm hopeful that I passed statistics this quarter with a low D, but if I somehow failed the class I want to know if they'll rescind my acceptance or just ask me to re-take statistics at the UW. I would welcome the latter like a gift from heaven, anything to stay at the University of Washington!
