<p>You can, but I would advise you to keep it to a short essay. Most of the college admissions people I talked to advised applicants not to submit supplements or additional info unless it will really reveal something new. These people have thousands of essays to read through already; if you want to write another one, make sure it's meaningful and succint. If you can, I would try incorporating whatever you want to say into your main essay.</p>
