Sorry to sound ignorant but when does one have to declare a minor. Can it be added later? My son has been accepted for creative writing but wants to add a journalism minor. Is this possible? Also how hard is it to change your major within the same college after acceptance?

According to the UCR website, Journalism is not offered currently as a Minor option.
