Can you apply early action if you're applying early decision?

Hi everyone,
I am aware of the structure of early action versus early decision, but are you still allowed to different schools if you chose early action?
I am strongly considering applying early decision to University of Richmond if I get my test scores up in September, but I also want to apply early action to Ohio State, James Madison and recently Tulane because they have given me a free application.
If I applied early decision to University of Richmond, would I get in trouble if they accepted me and I already had acceptances/pending applications?

The search button does work

no, you can apply early action as well as long as they aren’t restrictive early action.

Just an FYI for anyone reading, Tulanes application is always free.

@dolphnlvr6 Yeah I recently figured that out when I went to their website, but the email I received made it seem like it was a special offer.

Yeah there are many colleges that use that marketing technique.
