Can you apply for regular decision even before the early decision deadline? Is there like a place to specify what kind of decision you are applying for when you apply regardless of time? Thanks
Yes and (assuming you’re talking about Common App schools) yes.
Yes, you can send in your app anytime but still say whether it is for early or regular.
Some schools will even give you priority for merit scholarships if your app is in early.
