<p>Can I cancel my SIR twice since I SIRed to ucsb by the 5/1 deadline and now ucsc can offer me a spot but then they only gave me 7 days to accept their offer and I am still waiting for uci. If uci can also offer me a spot later, can I cancel my SIR to ucsc and accept uci’s offer?</p>
