Can you change campus after One year?

<p>I applied super late like 11 days ago but I got in, but not to U Park, damn I should have applied earlier but anyway I think I want to go to Altoona but can I go to U Park after one year or do I have to wait 2 years and do the 2+2 plan?</p>

<p>I think some programs allow for you to transfer after 1 year, but most of them you have to wait 2 years to transfer.</p>
