Can you declare more than one majors?

I know this is a really stupid question, but no where on the Undergraduate page for Harvard did it clarify the number of majors an undergrad could declare. I know Princeton only limits to one major, and I was worried that Harvard would do the same.

Thank you.

Are you an applicant? If so, Harvard does NOT hold you to whatever choice your wrote down on the Common App or Supplement. So, no worries! I would wait until you’ve received a “fat envelope” before getting yourself all in a “bother.”

Are you an admitted student? If so, Harvard does NOT require you to pick a concentration (or joint concentration) until the end of your 1st semester of your sophomore year . . . and even then, you can change your mind up until your first semester of your junior year. You’ve got plenty of time to decide – so, once again, no worries!

FWIW: Most Harvard students usually pick one major. Students may then select a concentration in a secondary field: [Secondary Fields Handbook for Students 2013-2014](<a href=“HarvardKey - Harvard University Authentication Service”>HarvardKey - Harvard University Authentication Service)

Or, do a joint concentration: [The Concentration Requirement Handbook for Students 2012-2013](http://isites.harvard.edu/icb/icb.do?keyword=k88702&pageid=icb.page516354#a_icb_pagecontent1104782_3)

Thank you so much! :)
