<p>If you’re interested in > 2 things, just take 4-5 classes in that third subject. I think employers (or even grad schools) care far more about what you know, and what you’re interested in, than what your degree says. You can always write (in an essay or resume) about your rigorous coursework in “subject x.”</p>
