Hey everyone! I think that I have my heart set on Drexel but I was just wondering if anyone knows how many minors you can complete. I'd love to do the Health SciencesACE 3+1 BSN Program and minor in both Italian and Spanish. Is this possible? Thank you!

Here is the course of study for the program you are interested in. <a href=“Drexel University < 2022-2023 Catalog | Drexel University”>https://www.drexel.edu/catalog/degree/hsci-ace.htm

since there is only 1 free elective course, I don’t see how you could do a minor in anything.

Looking briefly at that plan, I would say that it is possible to do one minor, but it may be a whole lot of work. Though it says you only have one free elective, that’s only what’s required of you from the program. In reality, you can take up to 20 credits per quarter (with each additional credit being billed full price, like $1k per credit-hour I think). So from your plan of study, you can actually take up to 12 more classes than what is required of you. That’s enough for one language minor and a little wiggle room (<a href=“Drexel University < 2022-2023 Catalog | Drexel University”>https://www.drexel.edu/catalog/minors/modernlanguages.htm).

You can also take one class, up to 4 credits for each quarter while on co-op, but since language classes tend to fill up fast and co-op kids get last pick of classes, your mileage may vary.

Sorry. =/ Drexel isn’t the best minor-collecting school. It’s possible, but not exactly typical.
