I am a freshman right now, but my parents want me to go to a private school for the last two years of high school, so I was looking at prep schools. Can you enter most of them as juniors? How hard is it to enter at that time?

Some schools accept students in 11th grade. You have to look at each school. There are definitely fewer spots thant 9/10, but also fewer applicants.

There are a few math & science schools that are only for 11 & 12 grade in NC, MA and IL if you live in any of those states.
[Massachusetts Academy of Math & Science at WPI - Welcome](http://massacademy.org/) - grades 11 & 12
[Experience NCSSM | Accept the Greater Challenge](http://www.ncssm.edu/) - grades 11 & 12
https://www.imsa.edu/discover - grades 10-12

Yes, you most definitely can. However, the acceptance rates are extremely low for uppers, seeing as junior year is the most difficult year in most prep schools. It is extremely difficult to gain acceptance as junior but it is not impossible. OP included some excellent schools that you have a very good chance at attending since 2 of them are only for 11th and 12th graders. Good luck with the process!
