<p>People tend to date others who are about as attractive as they are (of course there are exceptions)… personality is very important of course, but there also needs to be at least some physical attraction in a relationship.</p>

<p>Different people have different ideas of how attractive others are, so a guy who thinks that he is ugly could think that a girl is hot, and that girl could think that he is hot.</p>

<p>Yeah they can. As a girl I can say I care more about intelligence and personality than looks. But like someone said previously, being tall helps guys immensely.</p>

<p>It is possible. For me, personally, I can not be physically attracted to a guy, start talking to him and find him to have an amazing personality. Once you start to like the person’s personality, they start to look better as well.</p>

<p>I know this really hot blonde, and she’s dating this extremely cool confident funny guy who could stand to lose a few pounds. He doesn’t have an ugly face though. I think that’s something that’s hard to get over if you’re a guy.</p>
