Can you get a MSE in aerospace engineering with a BSE in biomedical engineering?

Can you basically major in any engineering for undergrad and to go to grad school to get a masters in aerospace?

Of course. They are both closely-related, though you should be prepared to take some deficiencies (undergraduate courses that would be expected to be in the background of an applicant for AE that you didn’t have in your BS). My wife had an M.S. in Math (very good student) and wanted an M.S. in Civil Engineering. She asked if she should take a BS in CE first, they told her to just directly take the M.S.C.E. along with (in her case, a bunch) of deficiency undergrad engineering courses. She blasted right through. You would have it much easier with few, or maybe even no, deficiency courses. Actually, I would guess that any undergrad degree in the ‘mechanical engineering’ universe would qualify you right away to enter an Aerospace Eng. MS program.
