Can you get accepted with a D?

<p>In the Cal State and UC schools can you still be accepted if you recieved a D in a class that the UCs dont recognize or count in your uc gpa?</p>

<p>I sure do hope so being in the same boat..
I received a C-/D in Spanish 2 Freshman Year..
Chemistry D/C- Sophmore year.
Am going to take Spanish 2 at Las Positas for credits next summer..
Not too sure about Chemistry at the moment.
But I am pretty positive that if you make the class up in community college during a summer or even during the school year that you can STILL be accepted if they want you being you get a passing grade at that said college/community college.
However, I have an upward trend and really don't care about Prestige and such as long as the undergrad department gets the job done. I can buy trendy designer jeans at Berkeley and I can buy a swell pair of khakis even at UC Merced.
If you guys get my drift.</p>
