Can you get admitted into uc school if vpa is not fulfilled?

<p>I was at an information session and I asked this and the guy said to send it anyway and that they will still read your application. </p>

<p>So I have 1 semester of art & 1 semester of architectural drawing & 1 semester of advanced architectural drawing ( they all count as art requirements) </p>

<p>But I don't have a full year of an art class</p>

<p>I fulfill all the other requirements. </p>

<p>Is it POSSIBLE to get accepted despite this?</p>
