Can you have a major and double minor at Penn State (UP)? (Nutrition/ OLEAD and Kinesiology)

I am an admitted nutrition major who is going to pick the applied science option.
Is it possible to minor in Organizational Leadership and Kinesiology?
If so, will it be too hard? How difficult is the major and the minors?
