Can you list 14 extracurriculars on the common app?

Well not necessarily all extracurriculars, but items pertaining to that section.
ECs;
Gender Sexuality Alliance- 4 years. Mock Trial- 4 years. American Civil Liberties Union- 3 years. HIgh School Democrats of America- 3 years, Chapter founder.
Other Activities;
Playing Piano-11 years, 2 4H state performing arts contests. 4H- 8 years, club secretary one year, club historian one year, camp counselor three years, county ambassador three years. City Library Board- 1 year. Library Teen Advisory Board- 3 years.
What grouping? Student Council- 2 years, National Honor Society- 2 years
Volunteering & Activism:
Human Rights Campaign- 3 years
Equality Now- 3 years
Community Mental Health Initiative- 3 years
Community Food Shelf- 3 years.
Will I be able to list all of these on the common app? I provided information to show you that each one is significant and I don't feel it would do me justice to leave anything off.

As far as I know you can only list ten in the activities section, so chose your top ten most important ones. Then talk about the others in the additional information section if you really want to. Honestly though, AO’s are looking for you to be really invested in a few, rather than “just a member of the club” in 15. Obviously you’ve been involved in all of these for a while, but I just thought I’d point that out. I hope this helps!

There is space to list 10. You can pick the 10 most important, group similar activities together, or list all or the balance in the add’l info section.

There are only 10 slots for EC. You may want to combine similar items. Sort them by importance and put the most important ones on top. If you do want to list everything, you may use the “additional information” section for overflow.

Include in your top 10 ones where you can show any leadership roles or accomplishments. If you are just a “clumb member” of “Gender…” and it meets once a week at school? This might not be one that you choose – you could group that with other clubs or something.

Ahhh… but that’s the exercise – for you to distill your last few years of ECs into ten slots. It’s not a race to see who can fill the most lines.
