<p>D doesn't have a parking permit but wants to use her car early Sunday morning to transport her club team to an event. She wants to drive it back on Saturday night, park it in Rams Head and then let it stay there overnight.</p>
<p>Is this allowed given one pays the per-hour rate? Want to make sure it wouldn't get towed.</p>
<p>Yep! And just so you know, the lot that’s across from Avery (I think it’s the S4 but don’t quote me) only needs permits M-F. So she should be able to park there overnight for free. I can’t completely guarantee it’s ok, but I parked there for a night over fall break and it was ok. And I walked by all the cars tonight and none had parking permits in the window, so I’m pretty positive it’s fine.</p>
<p>Most lots in Chapel Hill/University are free to park in on the weekends.</p>
