Can you PLEASE match/reach/safety my sister?

<p>I just graduated, and I'm off to college in 2 weeks. Now, my sister's going into Senior Year. She asked if I'd help her put one of these up.
Which of the schools at the bottom are matches/reaches/safeties for her?</p>

<p>White Female, From Minneapolis area
GPA: 3.39 UW (upward trend, 2.9 fresh, 3,5 soph, 4.0 junior)
GPA W: 3.58
ACT: 31
PSAT: 210</p>

<p>She took ALL honors and AP classes. She got 3's+ on every exam from the last 2 years. She has 5 AP's senior year, and 2 honors.</p>

<p>The UCs you mention are all going to be a big reach for her and even if she were accepted I would not recommend anyone paying OOS tutition for the UCs when there are other choices out there that are more of a match.</p>
