Can you possibly transfer to Rice after just one semester?

<p>I could not find any information on Rice's website about when you could actually transfer. I'm a freshman and I'm looking to transfer this spring because I really feel like the college that I'm at is not a good place for me.</p>

<p>Yes, but nothing on their website indicates whether or not I can transfer for the spring semester. I will have 17 hours at the end of this semester so I could be a transfer student at Rice but it all depends on whether they admit transfers for the spring or only at the start of the fall.</p>
