Can you raise your SAT score by around 500 by studying hard over the summer?

So I'm going in to my senior year and summer break started 2 weeks ago. I've wasted these 2 weeks and haven't done any studying. I feel so guilty and its already the 11th of July tomorrow. When I got my PSAT score of 148 and I talked to a guidance counselor and she said I should get around a 1500 on the SAT..I was devestated when she said that. But I'm determined to prove her wrong.

And it's my first time studying for the SAT. So I want to start studying tomorrow: rigorously. I'm tired of procrastinating, and its usually because I go to sleep like at 3:00 am and go to the gym the next day and in so tired. I don't want to be like that. Is it possible to raise my score significantly over the summer and of course in September to be ready for the October test? Any personal similar experiences? Also, how did you study for tbe SAT and ACT? PLEASE help with any advice.. Nothing negative though. Thanks.
