Look at the schools’ acceptance rate and average SAT to get an idea. Bigger schools with a separate SoE will sometimes release the acceptance rate for that school; other universities just release the overall acceptance rate. Some websites like startclass dot com will show you the acceptance rate for different “schools” in a university

My guess, from hardest to easiest would be Mudd / Dart / Cornell and for the others perhaps Wash U/Vandy/ND.
