<p>I filled out the CSS/Profile because two of the schools I'm applying to require them. One of them I have a chance of getting into, but the other one I'm almost positive will not accept me... can I send it to the one school (which has an early deadline) and wait to hear back from the other school (they have a much later deadline) before spending the $14?</p>

<p>You can send it later to the second school… I mean, the only thing you need to be careful about is not missing any filing deadlines the schools have.</p>

<p>I have never sent a CSS Profile to more than one school, but isn’t the cost for the first one around $25? I believe subsequent ones are somewhat less… $15 or $16 or something like that.</p>
<p>Not sure why it ended up as $9 for you… but normally, yes, it does cost to submit it to additional schools. Some students are granted a fee-waiver because the information they submitted flagged them as low-income. They automatically get a limited number of free submissions.</p>
<p>It is $16 for each school and a $9 fee for filliing out the Profile, We sent it to five schools and the cost was $89.</p>

<p>If I fill it out right now completely, it will be $9 for the Profile and then $16 for both schools. Can I only send it to one school now (pay the $9 and $16) and then send it to the school later (pay only $16, not $9 again)?</p>
