Can you send in the application twice, is it okay to do so?

As above. Please let me know.

Thanks.

Why would you send it twice in the first place?

There's no reason to send your application twice; in fact, you're probably less likely to get accepted. The admissions officers have to look through enough applications as it is and they especially don't want to read the same one TWICE.

it would definitely cause confusion
if you would like to change somehting in your app, just call them or email, but don't send a whole new app. and if you do for some reason have to send a new app, you must tell them first so it doesn't create confusion
The common app doesn't let you submit twice

That would be considered as spam, so no.

Phi they are right I would think unless you mean the second time would be to a different school. For example if you are using the common app and you submit your application early to some school and your essays are specific to that school you CAN create a new common app to send to other schools so you can change your essays
