Can you SIR at a CSU then decide you want to go to a UC then withdraw the CSU one and accept and SIR to a UC?? Or will the other admission offers go away or be withdrawn once you SIR somewhere else?

I am still waiting on decision from UCSB, but want to SIR at SDSU in case I don't get in...there deadline is today!

but afraid all my other UC offers will be withdrawn if I submit SIR to sdsu.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you can. As long as you withdraw the CSU SIR before you submit a UC SIR, you should be fine. If you want to feel totally secure about this, just call the SDSU admissions office and ask them. It’s a simple, 30-second conversation and you can look up the number on the SDSU web site. This is one of those things you are expected to be able to do as a college student.

I did call the admissions office, they were extremely vague and acted as if they were not sure. But thanks for the info, oh and thanks for the sarcastic remark about " being a college student" sir are due tonight, admissions is closed
