Can You slow me down, please (choice of colleges)?

I am going into my senior year of high school. I want to be an engineer. I will apply to U.S. schools as an international student.

Here are my IB stats after the junior year (1-7):
Math HL - 7
Physics HL - 6
English B HL - 6
Chemistry SL - 6
Geography SL - 7
Native language - 5
TOK - B

I think I am going to raise my physics, chemistry and English scores by 1.
I expect my extended essay in physics to be rated as A, it is not that hard.

I expect at least 780/800 in all physics, chemistry and math lvl 2 sat subject test, the same in SAT math basic test.
If I learn really really hard I think I will get 610 in both Critical Reading and Writing. English is not my native language and I've heard colleges will consider it.

I am the best in my IB graduating class in math, physics and the best in my SL chemistry group when You take into account both grades and understanding. My school does not rank but I am definitely in TOP3 in my IB graduating class if not higher.

Math, physics and chemistry are subjects I enjoy, they are easy for me and I understand them.

I think I am going to get two good evaluations from teachers and one good from the religious leader in my district because of 10 years as an altar boy with some leader positions and not only.

My Extracurricular Activities are poor. I do not excel at anything. I love outdoors, I play basketball, run but nothing organized mainly because my school do not offer anything. I teach poorer kids English, maybe 50-60 hours spent on it during two years. I attend gym and actually my school counts me it for my sport because I have a supervisor there, I think much more than 100 hours spent there during two years but I guess universities won't care about it. I play piano 5 hours per week during my two years, my school counts me it, but no accomplishments.

I will also send some universities my extended essay in physics because I think it shows my physics understanding well.

top ones in AeroE and engineering I apply to:
Stanford only if they give me financial aid
Caltech only if they give me financial aid
Princeton only if they give me financial aid
Texas A&M

I will apply to 4 more universities, I consider Cornell, Minnesota, UCF, LSU, ASU.

Now the question in the title, because I know I am exaggerating with those colleges as my application as I described it does not look that great.

Any tips what should I change in this list? Any thoughts?

Thank You guys in advance.
