Can you still get into classes if you don't attend CalSO?

<p>These are the classes I should to take in the fall according to the CoE brochure:
Chem 1A
Math 1A
BioE 10
BioE 24 (seminar)
H/SS</p>

<p>I want to know if I will have any trouble getting into these classes (particularly Chem) if I don't go to CalSO. Apparently, I can also substitute Chem 1A with Chem 4A (which I am assuming is harder).</p>

<p>you wont have a problem with BioE 24-I just added it before the drop deadline and there were still like 50 seats open…</p>

<p>chem 1a fills fast, mainly becuase of the lab slots</p>
