Can you still go to Berkeley if?

Well, I just heard that UC schools only look at 10th and 11th grade.
I am a junior right now and i didnt do good in my sophomore year... So is it too late?

Grade trend is obviously quite important. Hard to answer your question without knowing what you mean by “didn’t do good”. It also depends a lot on how hard of courses you took/continue to take, as well as how well you do this year. Be sure to include any special circumstances that may have contributed to your poor performance. If you’re a California resident, it is likely that with a good essay and decent SATs you will be admitted to SOME UC… but berkeley’s not guaranteed for anyone.

Well like i meant like gpa’s. I didnt have any C’s but i did have couple of bs…

Um, you’re fine. Be careful or people will think you’re trolling.

■■■■■?? what do you mean? I thought people who go to Berkeley have like all A’s

Many even have Z grades, a secret level above A.

^ Yea the legendary 5.0

There’s also the N grade.
Together they form the AZN.

You’re totally fine. Just make sure you’re taking Honors/APs if they’re available.

LOL @ Batman’s comment…

Just do your best, you’ll make it. Good luck :)!

Here is the 2010 freshman profile. I think B’s in regular classes are rare, and at least a few A’s in honors or AP’s are common. That’s how you get a 4.1 UC GPA
