Can you submit a freshman AND a transfer application to UC concurrently?

<p>Hello everyone, I'm a high school junior (incoming senior) who has completed 48 units of community college courses. I am TAP certified and completed IGETC. My question is, can I submit a first-time freshman application AND a transfer application to UCLA/UCB for admission to Fall 2015? </p>

<p>Yes, I know it would make no sense to apply as a freshman when I'm TAP certified, but I just wanted to have something to fall back on.</p>

<p>No. You need a minimum of 60 units in order to transfer. </p>

<p>TAP Certified means your community college is only verifying that the you have completed the requirements of your College’s Honors/Scholars Program—nothing more.</p>
