Can You Submit Different Common App Essays to Different Schools?

Hi, I have two different essays I could use for Common App. Could I submit my app for one school, then later submit for another school with a different essay?

Or is my essay unalterable once I submit to any one school?

Yes, you can edit after each time you submit. What you see on the pdf view after you submit is a snapshot of what that school is going to download in their digital files.
