Hello i’m a non traditional student who was recently accepted into SCAD, I plan on doing the sequential art E-learning program. However online it seems you can only get a B.A though the E-learning program. I cannot realistically attend in person for at least a year or two, but would like to get the most out of my education. I was curious if I would be able to start out doing a B.A than change to a B.F.A when I am able to attend in person? Does SCAD allow you to do this? would I have to retake or start over if I wanted a B.F.A? from what I’ve seen online a good chunk of the classes are the same for a bit but when you get to the higher levels you seem to get more specialized courses.
Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated!
