I had my scores sent to Penn and now I really wish I hadn't. If I have credit for a specific course at Penn, from an AP test, is it possible to still take this course at Penn and get credit for taking the course while disregarding the ap credit?

Contact your advisor…they will know or will know who you need to contact.

Yes you definitely can but you will lose the AP credit. This is actually recommended in some cases, especially if you are planning to take higher level courses in that subject. For example, even if you have credit for physics and are planning to study physics, it is not recommended to skip intro. If you feel you have a very strong background it’s better to take honors in that case.

thanks poeme
