can you please tell me my chances? (if you need more information please let me know)

If your SAT scores go up next time you take them, your chances will clearly improve. Right now, however, they're a bit on the low side for the schools you've listed. Ratings on a scale of: high reach, reach, semi-reach, good fit, likely, safety.

University of Virginia... REACH. SEMI-REACH if in-state.
Universtiy of North Carolina Chapel Hill... REACH. SEMI-REACH if in-state.
Case Western Reserve University... GOOD FIT.
Georgetown University... HIGH REACH.
College of William and Mary... REACH. SEMI-REACH if in-state.

oh ok thanks.. yeah i live in Virginia so UVA and W&M are definitely better chances since i'm in state. I am hoping to improve my SAT score be 100-200 points.

200 SAT points will not make any ivy a reasonable reach.
