<p>I have seen essay contests like that. Check fastweb. Or try a google search. Or ask your school counselors if they know of any. This time of year, there aren't as many scholarship contests going, but there are still some and will be more in the fall.</p>
<p>I'm not sure if you have to be a citizen or resident for such contests, however...</p>
