<p>So I got into a Spring 2010 term at one school, so I obviously got rejected for the Fall 2009 term. Can I attend another college for 1 semester freshman year, then transfer to my desired college in the spring? Is that advised?</p>
<p>How badly do you want to get into that school---is it the one you prefer to go to? </p>
<p>If so, get a job, volunteer somewhere until then....</p>
<p>When it comes time to go to grad school, get a job etc. "they" are going to want to know how you used that time...that way you'll have something to tell them</p>
<p>transfer can be risky and you wont be able to get in until FALL 2010 if you transfer</p>
<p>Attend a nearby community college that has an articulation agreement.</p>
