<p>You’re allowed to mark up the test however you like (as long as it’s on the actual test; you’re not allowed to use scratch paper).</p>
<p>It’s just a matter of whether you NEED to, especially with the time constraints.</p>
<p>Well actually there are certain places where you cannot write on the test. If you are in the 50 states then you should definitely be fine, try looking it up on the ACT site.</p>
