can you use a computer monitor as a TV?

<p>Hi I've really wanted this monitor and was wondering if you can get cable TV on it in a dorm room? And if so, how?

<p>You’ll need to get a TV tuner card in order to have a coaxial input. Depending on if you have a laptop or a desktop determines if you can go with a PCI/PCI-E or USB solution.</p>
