I recently bought a TI nspire CAS w/ touchpad

Is it possible for me to use it during the SAT?

Since it has qwerty keyboard, on the last sat that I took, I saw a guy who could not use a calculator with qwerty keypad.

So, I was wondering if I could use this calculator on the test.

Thank you!

I don’t think the NSpire models have ‘qwerty’ keyboards. Yes, they have letter keys, but not in the qwerty layout.

@stronkstudent
i believe all Ti’s are allowed
I used the nspire in school and the keyboard was abcdefg…z not qwerty

TI graphing calculators are allowed on the SAT, as well as the ACT (non-CAS). However I wouldn’t be surprised if they ban calculators in the near future.
