I screwed up royally on the SAT both times i took it
Math 650
CR 650
Writing 680
Math 670
CR 650
Writing 620
But my ACT is statistically way higher
Comp 33, (engligh,math,Read,sci= 31,34,32,34)

Will colleges jut considered my ACT becuase it is so much higher? or will they considered that my SAT scores are lower than most applicants?

You know you can submit just the ACT if you want but if you do submit one SAT, you must submit them all. This depends of course on the requirements of a school. If only ACT is required, just submit that.
