Can your personal statement be a paragraph long?

<p>I'm applying to VCU, which isn't very selective at all (with a 71% acceptance rate). I wrote a pretty good (and long) essay for scholarship consideration and I reaaaaly don't feel like planning out a whole extra rant for my personal statement. </p>

<p>Their question is "Why do you want to attend VCU?"
My question is does is have to be long or can I just sum it up in as few intelligent words as possible?</p>

<p>Is there a minimum word length stated? If not, a few sentences would do, if its THAT good.</p>
