Canada and US schools

This has been bothering me for a while..
But do adcoms KNOW that canadian high schools grade harder than US high schools?
(well, at least that was the case for me and some others)
Plus, in Canada, the courses have codes which indicate the difficulty of that course,
instead of having Honors or AP in the course name.
so do adcoms know how to read that? I know that they're brilliant ppl, just

in canada, my gpa was:
10th grade- sem1) A, A, A, B
sem2) B,B,C+,A....I did not slack off, just the courses were different andharder
in USA, it was:
11th grade- sem1) A,A,A,A
- sem2) A,A,A,A,A,B
12th grade- sem1) A,A,A,A,B
(my 12thgrade sem1 mark will be included in transcript because i'm a modified grade student.. long story behind that.)

no clue. and don’t generalize; some US high schools do grade harder than canadian high schools. depends on the high school and the state public school system.

and they’ll probably take into the context canada’s school style. although it’ll still be difficult…you’ll be applying as an international student, and only a miniscule percentage is accepted at most colleges.
