I am wondering what the statistics are for those who are looking to go to ivy league universities and other highly ranked US universities. For example, does anyone know the average sat, sat 2’s, gpa, rank, etc? How much harder does it make it coming from canada? right now I feel as if I’m around the level of the typical american who is accepted to ives, as americans seem to be accepted more easily. Also, everyone says internationals have to be WAY more qualified, but how much so? Specifically for Canadians. Right now I’m at about a 2200-2250 SAT; 790, 730 sat 2’s; 4.0 GPA (97avg); rank 1/275. So can someone explain what it is like applying from Canada? are they going to see a 2200 and throw my application in the trash?
