<p>I was born in Canada and maintain Canadian citizenship but I've been living and attending school in the US for the last 13 years. I am not an illegal immigrant. My parents have a business visa and i am under that. I live in florida. what are my financial aid chances? Would i be considered an international student? I am an IB student with a 4.71 weighted gpa, top 1% in my class, many extracurricular activities, and 200+ community service hours- what are my chances to big schools such as either upenn or brown? How are my chances financially and what scholarships will i be able to apply to/recieve?
