<p>i don't know if this is the right thread but i was wondering which Canadian colleges have really good journalism programs and also, if going to college in Canada is cheaper than going to a UC</p>

<p>Tuition for international students will be roughly $15 000-$20 000 CAN per year (about $13 000- $17 000 USD) This will vary depending on what you are studying, and which university you are attending. I'm fairly sure that that does not include housing costs, food, books, etc., but does include your mandatory student fees.</p>

<p>Carleton University, in Ottawa, is supposed to have one of the top journalism programs.

<p>i second cdn_dancer, carleton is the no 1 school in canada for journalism. another one that comes to mind is u of t, which shares their program with centennial college.</p>

<p>both schools are great.</p>

<p>Ohio Univ. has a great school of Journalism in the US. Maybe look at Queen's Univ., McGill and UBC.</p>
